We offer a 24-hour replacement policy, which means you must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

β’ Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.
β’ The unboxing video must be clear, continuous (no cuts), and recorded from the time the package is sealed.
β Eligible Cases for Replacement (Within 24 Hours)
Replacement will be accepted only in the following cases:
β’ Wrong item received
β’ Damaged item received
β’ Manufacturing defect
Valid unboxing video proof is required.
β Non-Eligible Cases (No Replacement / Refund)
The following cases are NOT eligible:
β’ Change of mind
β’ Size issues (dimensions are mentioned in description)
β’ Minor color variation due to lighting
β’ Used, damaged, or altered product
β’ Missing original packaging
β’ Missing accessories or parts
β’ Request raised after 24-hour window

To qualify for replacement:

π Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time: 3β5 working days across India.
Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or regional restrictions.
π° Order Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Cancellation After Dispatch
If cancelled after shipping, βΉ100 logistics/shipping charges will be deducted.
Refund will be processed within 3β5 working days to original payment method.
Prepaid Orders β Delivery Failure
If delivery fails due to:
β’ Incorrect address
β’ Customer unavailable
β’ Refusal to accept order
Shipping charges will be deducted and remaining amount refunded.
COD Orders
We are not responsible if excess cash is paid to the courier without checking invoice amount.
Repeated COD order refusals may result in blocking future COD orders.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be:
β’ Processed to original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card) within 3β5 working days
OR
β’ Credited as store credit (in certain cases)
